I love how it's being delivered by a diplomat "diplomatically". There's great comfort in hearing that.

The box I received from the courier company had no USD cash. It was full of what I have learned are Iraqi dinars. Instead of millions in USD, the Iraqi dinar equivalence to the USD is, at best, a scant few thousand in USD equivalence.
