Beats me since I watch two movies a year. I would have thought that quote came directly from Washington D.C. Well, that's what they think anyway.

Came from the movie "It's A Mad Mad Mad World"...a line from the Johnathan Winters character, just before the race for the buried $350,000 was on.
Sigh.
