Just When You Thought Bidumb Couldn't Get Dumber

 Over the years, various administrations have tried some rather off-the-wall things as an answer to what they perceived, at the time, was a very real problem.

Usually with mixed, dubious and at times disastrous results.

Here comes Joe Bidumb in "hold my beer and watch this abject stupidity" mode:  his regime wants millions to distribute clean crack pipes in a step toward "racial equity".

The lowest IQ'd regime in history just proved it's lost a few more IQ points it could ill afford to lose.
