The Best Defense Is Your Own

When things are dem-run, crime seems to like to come off of holiday and go rampant.  And with the southern border wide open thanks to lawless Democraps (and gutless rinos) in DC, it stands to get worse before it has any chance to get better.

These nuns will have nun of that.

Pro-gun.  Anti-gun.  Granted, there's plenty of ground in between, but in the land of bad politicians and worse media, there's only "guns are evil".

Some of them are so stupid on the subject, they say things that defy all logic, reason and common sense.

Like:

Yes, the Left is that hammer-headed.

Now sometimes, turning away crime is as simple as saying "no."

 

But at other times, it takes more than words, a whistle, or a piece of paper to defend oneself against people intent on doing bad things.

These days, lots of folks have recognized that.

The police are there, but not always readily available.

In most places, the law does allow for self-defense.  Both non-lethal:

And lethal when needed:

Millions in this nation were raised with guns.  Raised properly, responsibly and with the view of guns as a utility, a tool, and if need be, a defensive weapon to defend the family and home from evil doers that have no respect for the laws.  And more laws passed by gun-hating Leftists accomplish nothing.

Nope.  There's no depending on politics or media to educate and protect law-abiding civil society from the dregs that politicians and media seem to like to excuse and hold up as victims.  People have to stand up for and take care of themselves.  And are.

Both young and old are happy to live and let live, unless the bad apples show up looking for trouble:

Granted, not everyone will have a firearm at hand at a moment of need:

But plenty enough do to protect themselves, others, and dissuade the real dregs of society.

And Heaven forbid, to defend themselves from rogue "authority".

I am perfectly happy to let my local law enforcement take care of any needs I might have in my community.

But should the need arise...I am equipped and trained to handle it.

Without need of secret agents or superheroes.
